The flax is in full flower. The stalks are starting to brown near the roots but they undulate in the breeze creating a mini sea of blue which has survived the dogs, drunks and children of E8.

Open Garden Squares Weekend Workshops
We’re getting ready for our first Open Garden Squares day on Saturday – lots of potting up and collecting flowers and herbs for our two workshops. Natural Dyeing is at 12-1pm and Lip-balm-Making with Medicinal Herbs 3-4pm. Everything we’re using will be from the garden so we’re pretty happy with the great growing weather.
